All purchases of HRA Coins, services, subscriptions, or digital products are strictly non-refundable. Once a transaction is confirmed—whether in fiat or cryptocurrency—it is irreversible, and no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.
This policy ensures transparent, efficient management and avoids disputes over reversible transactions.

2. Tokens and Digital Assets Exempt

Digital tokens are non-returnable by nature, and blockchain transactions are irreversible. HRA Coin holds no liability or obligation to issue refunds for token purchases.

3. Errors & Support Assistance

If you transfer funds incorrectly—for example, to an unsupported network or wrong address—no refund is guaranteed, but we will assist you to the extent possible. You may incur network fees or recovery costs, which will be deducted from any recovered amount.

4. Exceptional Legal Requirements

If a jurisdiction mandates refunds for specific reasons (e.g., defective goods or misrepresentation), we will comply with mandatory legal obligations. This is a narrow exception and does not indicate any general right to a refund.

5. No Exchanges or Credits

We do not offer exchanges, credits, store vouchers, or other forms of post-purchase consideration. All transactions are final, with no alternatives provided.

6. Responsibility of User

• It is the user’s responsibility to review all transaction details—amounts, recipient addresses, payment network, and rates—before confirming.
• Mistakes such as sending to the wrong wallet address or chain are user liability, and any recovery efforts are at your cost.

• We will review your case, assist with educational guidance, and attempt trace/recovery as feasible.
• Any recovery will be handled at discretion and may incur fees.

8. Notification and Acceptance

By completing a purchase, users acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to this No Refund Policy. We require that this policy is named and visible on our purchase flow.
